Cashback is offered with goods as an incentive. Cashback have no cash value and are offered as a goodwill gesture by jasonshankey.co.uk. The value of a point in our shopping cart is 1 UK Pence and when you have accrued enough cashback to purchase a product, you may do so by logging in to our website, selecting the required products(s) and choosing ‘Cashback’ as your payment method in the shopping cart.

Cashback cannot be accrued when using the following payment methods, “Cheques, Postal Orders or Cashback”, in other words you won’t qualify for points on products or services that you pay for with Cashback, Cheques or Postal Orders.

Cashback can only be accrued by logging in to our website before you place your order and cannot be added at a later stage. Cashback is awarded when a purchase has been completed and the goods have been sent to you. Only authorised card payments can qualify for Cashback.

If a product you buy with cashback is faulty, please return it to jasonshankey.co.uk. If necessary, we’ll re-credit your account with the right number of points or exchange it for a similar item or with an item of similar value. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.

Upon completion of your order, the required amount of cashback will be deducted from your account

You must have enough cashback to cover your purchase (including delivery) when you choose to use Cashback as your payment method.

The number of points issued may vary between qualifying purchases. One point has a cash redemption value of 0.0001p.

Jasonshankey.co.uk reserves the right to remove cashback from an account where we believe they are being obtained fraudulently. We can take any action we feel appropriate if you abuse the scheme.

If you have a complaint or a query about Cashback, the decision of jasonshankey.co.uk is final.

Once your order is completed and the "continue" button is pressed, the Cashback cannot be changed or edited in any way. No correspondance shall be entered into.
